Jim Kaminski is Alidade Capital’s Accounting Manager and reports to the Controller. His primary responsibilities include preparing journal entries, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, bank reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliations. Jim also assists in developing, implementing, and documenting accounting policies. Jim interacts with Alidade Capital’s external auditors and tax advisors and assists with schedules for financial reporting. Jim joined Alidade Capital in 2023 and brings 20+ years of accounting experience to the firm.
