Mark Hammond co-founded Alidade Capital in 2010 and serves as Managing Partner. His primary roles involve strategic planning, transaction origination and complex structuring. Mark also guides the firm’s investor relations and marketing efforts. He is a member of Alidade Capital’s Executive, Investment and Valuation Committees. Mark’s experience leading a bank through multiple real estate cycles provides valuable perspective in the investment process.

Geoff Langdon co-founded Alidade Capital in 2010 and serves as Managing Partner. He directs the firm’s strategic research and guides its investment strategy. He is a member of Alidade Capital’s Executive, Investment and Valuation Committees. Geoff has over 18 years of experience in acquiring, developing and repositioning commercial real estate properties.

Steve Faliski co-founded Alidade Capital in 2010 and serves as Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer. He directs internal operations, managing the firm’s resources. Matt’s extensive legal background, specifically his experience as an SEC attorney and in the lending industry, provides an invaluable resource for the firm with respect to complex transactions, legal structuring and compliance matters. Jim works with teammates across the firm and key outside vendors to operate a smooth, efficient, and organized accounting and finance operation across Alidade Capital’s managed funds, the management company, and related entities. His primary responsibilities include preparing journal entries, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, bank reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliations. Jim also assists in developing, implementing, and documenting accounting policies. Jim interacts with Alidade Capital’s external auditors and tax advisors and assists with schedules for financial reporting. Jim joined Alidade Capital in 2023 and brings 20+ years of accounting experience to the firm.
