OUR STRATEGY
Alidade Capital targets attractive risk-adjusted returns by seeking to acquire high quality, well-located commercial real estate assets with existing cash flow and by adding value. Alidade Capital focuses on repositioning and creating value in assets that provide direct exposure to innovation companies as tenants, with a bias towards the life sciences and technology industries that typically utilize R&D Flex and Low-Finish and High-Finish Industrial asset types.
Value-add approach
Alidade Capital repositions acquired assets with the goal of unlocking new value and increasing cash flow. Alidade Capital’s experience in market repositioning has historically allowed it to improve and lease its properties to create cash flow and generate appreciation.

Alidade Capital pursues an asset size niche below the threshold of large institutional investors but offers sufficient scale for value creation. With a reputation earned through numerous closed transactions since the firm’s inception, Alidade Capital believes it is a preferred buyer and investor with deal sources in its target markets. Alidade Capital invests throughout the United States in select secondary geographic markets.
